With the rapid development of e-commerce industry,E-commerce as a new entrepreneurial model has been concerned widely in the academic community.Anhui is a typical agricultural province as well as one of the pilot provinces called “National e-commerce into rural”.The new farmer is the representative of advanced productivity in peasant group.They promote the development of agricultural network powerfully.E-commerce brings new opportunities for the new farmer.But now the new farmer encounter some problems like non-standard occupation standard,incomplete hardware facilities,inadequate policy support and insufficient professionals while they carry out the e-commerce business.These seriously affect the performance promotion of new farmer e-commerce business.This paper starts from the e-commerce business situation of new farmer,then extracts and analyzes the key influencing factors of e-commerce entrepreneurial performance based on the realistic basis,theoretical basis and empirical analysis.At last,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for performance promotion of new farmer e-commerce business.This paper clears up and gathers some research about new farmer entrepreneurship and it's performance.Then expounds the status of Anhui new farmer e-commerce business.This part aims to explore the potential problems that affecting e-commerce entrepreneurial performance and provide the realistic basis for the following text.Based on the theories of e-commerce business models and combined with the realistic basis of Anhui new farmer e-commerce business,we build the index system of the e-commerce entrepreneurial performance of new farmer,including 4 second class indicators such as “Entrepreneurial motivation” ? “Entrepreneur ability” ?“Entrepreneurial resources” and “E-commerce platform performance” and 17 third class indicators.Then put forward the theoretical assumptions according to the index system and build the “4D” model of e-commerce entrepreneurial performance.This part aims to provide the theoretical basis for empirical research.Using SPSS and Amos Graphics to count and analyze the data results from questionnaire survey.The reliability and validity of questionnaire is suitable.Then paper explores the dimensions of influencing factors by EFA(Exploratory Factor Analysis)and build thestandardized parameter model of influencing factors by SEM(Structural Equation Model).This part aims to explore the variables' influence path and influence degree to the e-commerce business performance and the relationship between the variables.In this way these theoretical hypotheses are verified and the basis are provided for the following text.At last,Based on the empirical research,this paper puts forward countermeasure and suggestions from the perspective of government and new farmers on promoting the performance of Anhui new farmer e-commerce entrepreneurship such as improve the resource efficiency,boost entrepreneurial ability,strengthen the construction of the platform,strengthen the entrepreneurial awareness and so on.
