Research On The Impacts Of The Jilin Province New Urbanization On Agricultural Land Resources

Jilin province was one of rapid urbanization areas in our country. Andespecially after the innovation, the urban population grew faster. However, therewere still some problems in the course of new urbanization. For instance, theimbalance of urban and rural economic development level, the urbanization ofregional development disharmony, and the urbanization process led to an evengreater strain on the agricultural land resources. For solving these problems, it had tocoordinate the relationship between new urbanization and agricultural land resources.And for coordinating this relationship, it had to study the impacts of the Jilinprovince new urbanization on agricultural land resources.Firstly, domestic and international research was introduced. And it fully definedseveral key concepts having close contact with new urbanization. And it establisheda theoretical basis for the structuring of evaluation index system of new urbanizationdevelopment level in Jilin province. Then the ways of analysis were introduced,including analysis hierarchy process and multivariate regression linear analysis. Itprovided theoretical basis for measuring and analyzing the level of Jilin Provincenew urbanization based on analysis hierarchy process. And it provided theoreticalbasis for analyzing the impacts of the Jilin province new urbanization on agriculturalland resources based on regression analysis.Secondly, for measuring and analyzing the level of Jilin Province newurbanization, it structured the evaluation index system of new urbanizationdevelopment level. Then it measured and analyzed the level of Jilin province newurbanization based on analysis hierarchy process. And the driving factors (hinderingfactors) of the most representative areas in Jilin province were analyzed.Thirdly, for analyzing the impacts of the Jilin province new urbanization onagricultural land resources, both the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis were used in this paper. To begin with, qualitative analysis was performed, and itestablishes a theoretical basis for the quantitative analysis. Then it analyzed theimpacts of the Jilin province new urbanization on agricultural land resources basedon regression analysis.Finally, it put forward some scientific and feasible proposals on the basis ofcollecting the research results. To begin with, the conclusion included two parts,measuring and analyzing the level of Jilin Province new urbanization analyzing theimpacts of the Jilin province new urbanization on agricultural land resources. Thensome proposals about development strategies for the Jilin province new urbanizationand agricultural land resources intensively utilized were put forward.
