The government needs not only to build a well-off society in an all-round way, but also the need of building a harmonious society.Starting from the background of research, the paper explains related theory and makes a detailed analysis of the current situation of Hohhot landless farmers interests guarantee. Then it studied the Hohhot existing problems of land-lost farmers’social endowment insurance system and the reasons and analyses the domestic developed regions, and reference and enlightenment of the land-lost farmers system of social endowment insurance. At the last, the author gives some recommendation about how to establish and improve the Hohhot land-lost farmer’s endowment insurance system.
