With China’s economic transformation and the continuous development ofmarket economy, privatization of state-owned enterprises have graduallyembarked on the road. Faced with the heavy historical burden and comparedwith international commercial banks backward management system, propertyrights reform of state-owned banks are also gradually introduced. And in thereform of property rights of state-owned commercial bank in the process, thebank’s operating performance is also undergoing some changes. ChinaConstruction Bank in2002by the State Council as a state-owned commercialbanks, joint-stock reform of the pilot banks, December31,2003CCB officiallylaunched the state-owned commercial banks, joint-stock reform pilot. As of2011, the bank’s total assets exceeded12trillion yuan, the annual net profit of1,694.39million, mainly financial indicators continue to maintain the sameindustry-leading level. In this context, this article focuses on two questions:First, China Construction Bank, for example, mainly around the ChinaConstruction Bank, all state-owned property rights system to a singlediversified property rights of all institutional transformation process, analyzechanges in operating performance of CCB, to study the reform of state-ownedcommercial banks, property rights and the relationship between bankperformance; two is through the China construction Bank PerformanceEmpirical research, as well as foreign commercial banks ownership of thereform process experience, to improve the operating performance of ChinaConstruction Bank policy recommendations.In this paper, the use of literature studies, lessons learned, and themethod of combining empirical research on the reform of state-ownedcommercial banks, property rights system performance issues systematicliterature review, and then by foreign commercial banks ownership reformprocess, analyze, summarize property rights reform of state-owned commercial banks lessons learned, and the use of the collected data reflectedthe national commercial bank operating performance as changes in bankownership reform. China Construction Bank, for example, through theempirical analysis of the performance impact of CCB factors, thus furtherexplore the property right reform and CCB bank performance relationship.Finally, according to earlier research, to improve the operating performance ofChina Construction Bank propose appropriate policy recommendations.The main findings are: first, the collection, analysis, covering Europe, Asiaand Latin America.Property Right Reform and commercial banking reformprocess information, the system summed up at different levels of developmentof the property rights system reform lessons. Second, the use of comparativeanalysis of data and empirical research methods, the foreign commercialbanks and the China Construction Bank, as the research object, thecombination of short-term and long-term analysis, inspection of commercialbanks reform of property rights and the specific relationship between bankperformance. Third, through statistical analysis, regression analysis modeling,testing the China Construction Bank Performance factors, so as to furtherimprove the performance of the China Construction Bank to providereasonable suggestions.
