As the rapid development of modern economy, the market demand is more and morediversified, have been developed in the area of diversification and individuation, the marketalso shift from a seller’s market to a buyer’s market,open market companies that areunprecedented. The pressure of competition, for the enterprise,it is a global competition forsurvival, and the rules of competition is,the survival of the fittest,superior bad discard canquickly produce the market demand of high quality and low price products is known as thestrong. At present, the world in the processing and manufacturing enterprise in the fiercecompetition of the world’s situation is from mass production and mass production mode tothe many varieties of small batch production mode,and even major structural adjustment inthe change of mass production stage. By applying the theory of business reengineeringprocess, lean thinking and successfully applied to the production operation, to improve theproduction efficiency of enterprises, thus forming a strong competitive advantage.Based on the theory of business process re-engineering,the integrated use of thetheories and methods of lean production and industrial engineering, through quantitativeanalysis and qualitative analysis,the combination of system and comprehensive analysis onthe MN China factory layout improvement projects were designed to improve the productionefficiency,reduce the cost of research. This paper systematically discusses the company tothe continuous improvement of plant layout activities at the same time, also for productionline layout, logistics, production process,production capacity balance, product homemadeoutsourcing strategy analysis and optimization,eliminate a large amount of waste and notcreate value is invalid operation, reduce the products, shorten the manufacturing cycle,single piece flow mode of production,has been basically achieved using kanban productionway, by promoting party into a pull type production mode of production, improve productionefficiency, to reduce costs to enhance product market competitiveness. Creatively thebusiness process re-engineering, lean production concept with the UTC (united technologiescompany) about the level of world manufacturing factory to the principle of combining,brainstorming method, on the current layout of factory, logistics,production process wereanalyzed, and the mining influence the efficiency of the factory production bottlenecks, put forward the corresponding solution countermeasures. By the implementation of thecorresponding countermeasures, to promote the efficiency of implementation, cost reductionand set improvement goals.
