The Improvement And Research Of Lean Quality Management On The Scene In Jinqiao South Plant Of G Auto Company

With the global economy and the increasingly fierce competition, how to improve the quality and enhance the competitiveness of the products is one of the key concerns of the current automobile enterprises. Site quality management is to improve the quality of product conformity and consistency, and to provide customers with products and services that meet the requirements. Strengthening on-site quality management is in order to achieve zero defect products and perfect services. Lean production will bring a win-win in the use of on-site quality management ideas, its essence is the initiative to prevent problems actively, discover and solve problems, eliminate waste, to achieve zero defect quality. With the increasing of product and equipment technology, people will become more and more pursuit of "zero defect" of lean production, more emphasis on the quality management of the site.This paper focuses on the application of lean production system in the field of quality management and continuous improvement in G Auto Company. This paper introduces the related theory and research status at home and abroad on the basis of discussing Jinqiao south plant current status of Lean quality management and analyses existing problems of field of lean quality management based on three aspects, the historical issues after the organization adjustment and low enthusiasm of the implementation of lean production, supplier quality management not included in the company's lean production system, In the meantime has put forward the measures to solve the existing problems of the Jinqiao south plant. Through the Lean quality management of continuous improvement, the quality metrics of the Jinqiao south plant gradually is getting better, factory automation and supplier quality have also improved as well.
