Research On Improving The Balance Of 160F Production Line By Using The Theory Of IE

With the rapid development of China's market economy,all walks of life are working on the integrating of resources.All the enterprises are facing the pressure of the increasing competitive.thus,if the enterprises wants to survive from the great competition for a long time,they not only need to reduce the cost of product,but also pay attention to the product quality,which can make the enterprise in an invincible position.thus,enterprises must improve their business management mode and the mode of product and the efficiency in order to facing the market changes.the theory of production line balance is in a aim of optimizing enterprise production management.This theory try to improve the operation efficiency by dividing the process of production line,reducing the waste of resource and the expense of production.However,the manual production line technique are still existing among some enterprises,and it is hard to be replaced in a short time.obviously,This is a new topic for us on how to reduce the product cost and waste,how to improve the operation,and how to impro've production efficiency。The production line system is studied to improve the balance of The thesis does great research on this topic by taking the HCDQ company as an example.1.This thesis states the background,significance,the present situation and the methods at home and abroad.making sure of the research object isthe 160F production line.2.Considering the balance of production line,this thesis analyses the existing problems in 16F production line by using Industrial Engineering,IE methods.3.From the aspects of product process and production engineering,this thesis analysis the every step of the production line,and summed up the reasons of the low rate in production line balance,and pointed out the improvement targets.4.According to the four economic principles:cancelling,combining,simplifizing,rearranging.the thesis proposed the balanced improvement plans by using the idea of balance production line.Finally,comparising the results of before and after by using this method,the data show that the production line balance improvement method can effectively improve the 160F efficiency of production line.The research of this paper work out the problem of inefficiency on the manual production line.
