Research On The PRD Industrial Transfer And Undertake Force’s Management From The Perspective Of Collaborative Theory

Guangdong Province in2008started the "double shift" strategy, after six years of practice and exploration, the transfer of industry has made great achievements. Traditional industry accelerated upgrades by means of the cluster development, brand promotion and technological innovation. At the same time high-technology industry, represented by modern service industry and advanced manufacturinghas become mature. They promoted the development of the PRD region and the east and the west of Guangdong, north mountainous area of Guangdong, preliminary walked out of a new way of scientific development with Guangdong characteristics. However, many of the PRD local governments developed "poverty alleviation" instead of "build", and never thought about sharing the "double transfer bonus". Due to the regional benefit distribution mechanism has not been established and industry transfer to enthusiasm is not high. Some cooperation is just nominal, both industry turned out not to invest capital, also does not undertake any economic responsibilities and obligations. The existing administrative barriers for the healthy development of the industry transfer still formed the interference. Also, we found out that there is "a head cold a fever" phenomenon in "the double shift".In this context, synergies from the theoretical perspective is essential for the PRD industrial transfer and the undertake force in management.In this paper, I used the theory and methods of collaborative management theory, regional economics and other social sciences and Systems Science, around the PRD industrial transfer in collaborative management and illiquid as a study focused.
