Requirments Analysis And Countermeasures On The Development Of Agricultural Machinery Cooperative Organization

The Chinese government has released the central No. one file concentrating onthe problem of “agriculture, rural areas and farmers” for ten consecutive years by2013. And the central No. one file in2013pointed out that on the basis of the ruralland contract relations, the potential of rural production factors should be fully played,striving to build the combination of intensive, professional, organized and socializednew agricultural management system. And it pointed out that to solve the problems ofwho is going to land and how to land needs not only much support of capital andtechnology, but also the important work of the innovation management in agriculturalsystem aspects stimulating the ability and energy of the countryside and farmers.The author has already illustrated the basic concept of agricultural machinerycooperative organization, defined the demand subject related to the agriculturalmachinery cooperative organization, and expounded the basic theories related to theresearch. Combined with the development situation of the agricultural machinerycooperative organization at home and abroad, and investigating the current situationof the development of agricultural machinery cooperative organization of our country,I summarized the main problem of agricultural machinery cooperative organization inour country and forecast the development tendency of the agricultural machinerycooperative organization. Based on the enterprise life cycle theory, I divided thedevelopment process of agricultural machinery cooperative organization into threestages: creation stage, growth stage and mature and transition stage, generalized themain characteristics of each stage of development, summarized each stage horizontaldemand factors and constructed the hierarchical structure model and analyzed theimportance of the different stages of demand factors in agricultural machinery cooperative organization using analytic hierarchy process combining with qualitativeand quantitative. Based on the analysis of the results, according to our country’s basicnational conditions simultaneously, I just to provide the proper strategies and advicesabout the agricultural machinery cooperative organization.
