Study On The Issue Of The Export Of Labor Services In Ethnic Minority Areas

Labour output, being a heated econominc issue, has been increasingly affecting the rural economy from economic to social aspects with the rapid development of the national economy and the prompting of industrialization and urbanization. As for the minority areas, labour output is urgently needed to promote living status while years later no advance as expected due to the special traditional culture, ethnic customs, religious awareness, inferior quality of labour, backward education and training&development, etc.The paper firstly illustrates foreign theory and domestic research to produce the theoretical fundamentals. Secondly, to investigate a certain minority area labour output, I will carry out the questionnaire survey including the local minorities as well as the Han to collect sufficient data. Through sorting out these data to unveil the current situation and the real inclination of the immigrant workers, we draw the conclusion that mostly unwillingly to migrate to work, especially the minorities. Also, affecting factors resulting from the labour output to local economy, local living, ideas and developing have been taken into consideration. At last, on account of these bases and experience, practical and valuable suggestions to optimize the labor output can be put forward.
