To meet the market demand for the increasingly diverse of automotive products,modern automobile industries have been divided into a number of modules. through thedifferent combination of modules, Automotive products have been achieved the goals ofdiversification and personalization. The global sourcing of Automotive supply chain trendshave been formed basicly, which leading the Auto components manufacturers have been spunoff from the auto industry. The auto compinents company have to face the market Competition,independently. Chinese auto parts compaies also follow the trend to accelerate the separation ofOEMs.X auto parts enterprises have gained ISO/TS16949certified company. However thecompany is limited to the weakness of management infrastructure, in order to meet thedevelopment needs of a hurry to get the certificate. Companies do not really understand theISO9000and ISO/TS16949standard meaning and effects, which leading a lot of problemsof Quality management system. for X enterprise quality management system did not playvery helpful role in company quality management, internal control and product quality.In the of management supply chain, quality is not just a owm problem of somecompany. it is will pass along the supply chain, and ultimately reaches the consumer, thetransfer process will be progressively increased quality risk. With the overall trend of autoparts enterprises, such as, the market competitions are heating up, the procurement costs ofOEMs are gradually reducing, the suppliers assessment management of OEMs is increasinglygrim, and the profits of commodity price is declining, which have been increased the pressureon X auto parts manufacturing company.This work is based on the actual situation of X auto parts enterprise qualitymanagement, by learning from the automotive industry quality management models andmethods, using a process approach to diagnosis the adequacy, appropriateness andeffectiveness of X company quality system, as the mean time, objective analysis the qualityand quality management mode to identify the problems. Using the eight quality managementprinciples and PDCA continuous improvement approach as the guiding to ideology optimizeand design the X auto parts production quality management system.By Empirical analysismethod, to validate the results of improvement quality management system.By the verifications, the improvement quality management system of X auto partsenterprises have good results, which not only can improve the leadership, full participation and enthusiasm in quality management, and but also can reduce customer complaints and productquality costs., improve product quality and stability. Meanwhile, this work summarized theexperience of the improvement of quality management system, which providing effectivesuggestions for other companies to improvement of the quality management system.
