Research Of Quality Management Problems On FM Auto Parts Company

By the rapid development of global procurement,auto parts company trend to separate from vehicle companies.But auto parts companies should be involved into the solution of vehicle quality failures when customer complaints come.From the cases of automobile recall in past years,some causes are from vehicle design and assembly quality,mostly are from the quality of auto parts.By deep study on these failures,Quality Management is found to be close to the root cause.So auto components companies are expected to win in the extensive competition,they should focus on their quality management,provide the excellent parts and services to customer,keep the senior quality expression.This paper studied on the 3 aspects of FM company quality management: product design quality and manufacturing quality,implementation in quality management,And then provided the solutions and safeguard measures.The solutions included enterprise knowledge management,quality risks management,manufacturing mistake-proof management,quality impression making and building QC team.To make sure these solutions to be implemented smoothly,this paper recommend safeguard measures including quality culture,company strategy,training and motivation.Through the study on the quality management of FM company,hope to provide the reference to similar automobile component companies.
