With the rapid development of world economy, the logistics industry, as a part and an important support of the modern service economy, reaches an unprecedented development. With the continuous development of logistics industry, the competition between enterprises gradually turns from products competition to service competition. Under such a background, company G grows to be the leading provider of modern logistics facilities in Asia. And they are currently experienced the period from a traditional warehousing facility providing enterprise to a service-oriented enterprise. Company G mainly provides warehouse rental business related services. As the growing of the demand for warehouses, their business area extend to second-tier and third-tier cities, and the number of warehouses and rentable area become bigger. In order to enhance market competitiveness and customers viscosity, they want to provide the customers with more valuable, more optimization and more matchable warehousing services.This paper, in the background of warehouse service of company G, aims to discuss how to optimize the warehouse service solution and help customers to make the best decision. This paper decribe the match degree of service and demand by measuringthe similraity degree of the similar attributes in service and demand.On this basis, firstly the paper analysize the features of warehouse facilities and the data of current tanents from the perspective of service provider and customer respectively. As a result, three key factors, which are quantity, time and cost, turn out. Secondly, this paper build the model to measure the match of service and demand, using the three key factors as main paremeters, and especially the model of two level warehouse network is explained. Because of the conflicting measurement unit of the three key factors, the paper build cost model to transfer all the factor to the form of cost. Finally, some business data provided by a certain customer are applied to the model above. Some specific solutions with the match degree of service and demand turn out by the calculation of LINGO. Compared with human decision-making plan before, new solutions have better results. The corresponding numerical results show that using the model proposed in the paper will help the company to find out a better solution quickly and efficiently for customers.From the view of match of service and demand, the paper research the problem of warehouse service solution optimization. The final solution will maximize the customer satisfaction. On the other hand, it will also help company G to enhance the competitiveness and promote its sustainable development in logistics warehouse industry.
