Research On Industry System Of Small Towns Based On The Integration Of City And Industry

China’s development over the years has been showing the separation of urban and rural developments. With the rapid economicdevelopment, the urban-rural dual structure intensified, and the gap between urban and rural areas becomes a major fatalconstraintpoint to the take-off of China’s economic.Development of" urban-rural integration " can narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, and the highest level of it is the urban-rural gap disappearedcompletely, and the differences between urban and rural areas are only exist in landscape, industry and population density, but not in urbanism.The urban and rural areas havealready becomea regional complex in economy, society and culture,and " urbanization" is a way to promote the process of" urban-rural integration ",which makes rural areas developsmall towns first as a turning point. However, the " urban-rural integration" is a general concept that including many aspects such as politics, economy, culture,education, etc.,and containing thecomprehensive developmentof material,political,spiritualandecological civilization. Viewed from the "integration of city and industry", the paper discusseshow to promote the economic development of small towns through the construction of them, thus to achieve the goal of "Using industrialization to revitalize the cities, and using urbanization to boost the industry."The object of the study is the approach to plan the industrial system of small towns based on the "integration of city and industry". The purpose of the paper is to research methods and practical tools, rather than the study of the theory. The paper is divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction. It introduced the background, purpose, ideas, methods and frameworks of the subject., and gave a brief introduction about thesocial status of Changxuanling’s industrial system planning, which in HuangpiDistrict of Wuhan City.The second part is the theoretical foundation. The theory of the "integration of city and industry",the theory of small towns, and the theory of industrial structure were introduced respectively. It researched and analystfocused on the industrial structure of small towns in China. The third part studied the basis of the industrial planning of small towns by qualitative research method. Itanalysismainlyfrom the three following aspects:small towns’own resources, the focus trends of consumption and the guidance of the national policy.The fourth part studied the principles of the industrial planning of small towns by the same method as the third part.It stated mainly from the customizability, operability and strategic of small towns’industrial system planning.The fifth part studied the methods of small towns’ industrial system planning. This section is the main part of the paper. It expounds from the overall positioning,hierarchical planning, area planning, project planning, and organizational planning of small towns’industrial system, and confirmsthe effectiveness of the tool the paper studied by the case of Changxuanling’s industrial system planning.The sixth part is about the value of small towns’ industrial system planning, including the economic, cultural and social value of small towns’industrial system planning. The seventh part is about the application of the small towns’ industrial system planning.It is the planning of ChangXuanLin’s industrial system planning.Part VIII is the conclusion. It summarizes the research result of the paper, and proposed that industrial systemplanning is a dynamic and on-going process,which needs to go further.
