In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge is widely used to satisfy market demand as one of the most important resource. With the development of global economic integration, highly efficient and flexible organization form must be adopted to gain sustained competitive advantage in the fierce market competition. For new high-tech enterprises, the innovation performance of enterprises’research and development teams is the key to keep the lasting competitiveness. The complication of research and development process for new product research puts forward higher requirements for R&D teams, Mathieu’s (2001) Multiteam System (MTS for short)theory conformed to the trend of knowledge economic integration. Multiteam learning which based on MTS theory will be more efficent and rapid to transform and process various of informantion than any other learning forms, it will also enhance the new product development capacity of research members and enterprise R&D performance.Under the perspective of MTS theory, new high-tech enterprises R&D multiteam as the research object, related researches were reviewed, summarized, reflected and reconstructed. Based on MTS theory, the research came up with multiteam learning procedural model and relationship concept between multiteam learning and process performance, some basic assumptions for the purpose of this study were also put forward. With the theoretical achievements of plenty related literature at home and abroad, as well as the characteristics of new high-tech enterprises, the questionnaire was designed. To test the questionnaire’s reliability and validity, we conduct exploratory factor analysis on small sample data by statistical software SPSS19.0. In a formal investigation, firstly, multiteam-learning was structure modeled; Then, verified the relationship between multiteam learning and process performance based on MTS. The results of the study are as follows:(1) Multiteam learning contains three phases:knowledge acquisition and construction, knowledge transferation, knowledge storage and application. The three stages are not separate processes, but show a significant positive correlation, they constitute the whole muliteam learning.(2) The relationship between multiteam learning and MTS function state is significantly positive correlation. The MTS function state contains two dimensions: team communication and team cooperation.(3) The relationship between multiteam learning and MTS stage-results is significantly positive correlation. The MTS stage-results consist of three dimensions:budget control, R&D results and personnel training. Finally, in the conclusion and suggestion section, research results were summarized and feasibly suggestions for R&D performance development were put forward. Also, the paper pointed out the existing problems and future research orientation.
