High-tech enterprises are important measures to promote enterprises to carry out independent innovation,optimize the industrial structure,promote industrial upgrading and realize the power of science and technology,High-tech enterprises' R&D personnel are the main body of high-tech enterprise innovation creation,they bear the most task of independent innovation and achievement transformation,their job performance's improvement,will further promote the development of high-tech enterprises.However,in the process of scientific and technological research and development,the error is inevitable.It has a strong practical significance to guide the R & D personnel to learn and progress in errors and to improve job performance.In the past,many researchers focus on R & D job performance,while quite few studies concerned about the influence of error learning ability on job performance of high-tech enterprises' R&D personnel.In this research,we focus on high-tech enterprises' R&D personnel,The purpose of the study is to explore the influence of error learning ability on job performance.Moreover,knowledge sharing climate is introduced as a regulated variable for building the model of these three items and the hypotheses of research.Finally,the study is end up with some constructive suggestions based on the hypotheses which have been demonstrated before.On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of a large number of documents,error learing ability is divided into four dimensions,which is error cognitioning ability,error reflecting ability,error communicating ability,error practicing ability.Job performance is divided into two dimensions of task performance and relationship performance.knowledge sharing climate as single dimension.Then use the questionnaires in this study to get data from some high-tech enterprise' R & D personnel.Followed by demonstrating and drawing conclusions by the software SPSS22.0.After that,some suggestions are put forward based on the research conclusions.There are three points in the conclusion through the empirical analysis.First,the error learning ability of high-tech enterprises' R&D personnel have an significant effect on job performance;Second,the knowledge sharing climate which the high-tech enterprises' R&D personnel percived has a positive effect on job performance;Third,the knowledge sharing climate which the high-tech enterprises' R&D personnel percived plays a regulating role between error learning ability and jobperformance.According to the research conclusions and the interview records,this paper put forward suggestions about human resources management from the error learning ability and knowledge sharing climate.At first,pay attention to error management practice,activate R&D personnel 's error learning ability.Secondly,improve the efficiency of knowledge management,and build knowledge sharing space.Thirdly,adhere to the development orientation,optimize the R&D personnel performance appraisal system.At last,the paper also puts forward the problems in the research and the prospects of the future research.
