Work and family are two main areas of a person’s life, recent years, with so advanced information technology, work can affect one’s family life so easily, and family relationships are also likely to affect the work. However, as we all known, each person’s time and energy are limited, then mutual competition for resources between family and work situation has happened so often, and then contradictions and conflicts occurred. So work-family conflict has gradually become a challenge of office workers, they have nothing to do but face it. For an individual, work-family conflict may lead to depression, mental and physical exhaustion, mental pressures and other consequences, seriously affecting the individual’s physical and mental health; And for enterprises, it is also not conducive to business performance and long-term development. Because job burnout is more likely to occur between the employees who are plagued by work-family conflict in long-term. It is often displayed by specific performance at work, such as often be late, absenteeism, indifference to the service object, and low job satisfaction, this may ultimately lead to lower organizational performance and increased turnover rate. Therefore, this study designed to focus on their work-family conflict situation,and conduct a research on concerning the relationship between work-family conflict、organizational support and job burnout. In addition, constructing a theoretical model which testifies perceived organizational support moderating the relationship between work-family conflict and job burnout.This paper did a research on the216employees of different enterprises in Ningbo, Hangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Changsha, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and so on. Through the analysis of the data collected by the questionnaire, this paper gets the following conclusions:1, The work-family conflict of employees are in the middle and upper level, while women are suffer a higher work-family conflict than men. And the marital status and job level, these two aspects, have a significant difference in work-family conflict while in other aspects there was no significant difference;2,The work-family conflict has a significant positive correlation with job burnout;3, Perceived organization support has a significant negative correlation with work-family conflict;4, Perceived organization support plays a mediating role between the relationship of work-family conflict and job burnout;...
