With the propelling of the information technology revolution and servicesglobalization, more and more enterprises separate the production process of the serviceoutsourcing to other countries by the service provider, which gives birth to theinternational service outsourcing activities, and make it become the new round ofinternational industrial transfer. As the result of development of international labordivision, international service outsourcing not only provides for developed countries thechannel of global resources configuration, but also enables developing countries to furtherintegration into the global production and service system. At present, China is open modeleconomy from "Chinese manufacturing" to "Chinese service", so the development ofinternational service outsourcing has far-reaching impact on the transformation of thedevelopment of China’s employment structure and economic structure adjustment.This article mainly from the China as host country perspective, study the effect ofundertaking international service outsourcing on employment structure in China, adoptedthe research method of combining theoretical and empirical analysis, qualitative andquantitative. Firstly, this paper reviewed the basic theory of international serviceoutsourcing and the general theoretical basis, as well as the effect of undertakinginternational service outsourcing on employment structure approach. Then applied the newresearch results of the theory to Chinese background, combined with the new situation,new problems and new trends in employment China reality, make the theoretical researchand practical combination, supplemented by graph description and analysis of the currentdevelopment of China’s service outsourcing. Then compare the status quo of China’sinternational service outsourcing to international service outsourcing pattern, and compareChina to other major undertaking countries advantages and disadvantages, looking for thedevelopment of international service outsourcing in China’s powerful condition and thecore competitive advantage. Finally, on the one hand, from the perspective of qualitativeanalysis international service outsourcing for the influence mechanism of employmentstructure, on the other hand model, uses the relevant data for the empirical object, whichinvolves variables are latent variables are difficult to observe directly, be reflected by theobservable variables, using the econometrics method to analysis the relationship betweenvariables and variables. According to the theoretical and empirical analysis showed that: to undertakeinternational service outsourcing on employment structure of China’s influence doesexist. The conclusions contain that undertake the expansion of international serviceoutsourcing on the number of China’s employment has a positive effect, and changes in theinternational service outsourcing on the average wage level of the industrial laborhas positive net effect, and international service outsourcing has the optimal effect onemployment structure in china.
