The Correlation Between The Arben Performance And Enterprise Performence

This paper states the relationship between the carbon performance of the Pu Puer500enterprises in the world and enterprise performance. With the growing problem of the greenhouse effect, more and more research institutions start working on how to deal with climate change. As is known to all, enterprise is mainly responsible to greenhouse gas. If we want to solve this problem, we should to turn to the enterprise. In recent years, more and more researchers began to study the relationship between enterprise performance and social responsibility disclosure at home and abroad. In the context, the paper focuses on a particular aspect of social responsibility disclosure-the relationship between carbon disclosure and enterprise performance.The carbon performance is important in aspect of carbon disclosure. This paper is focusing on analyzing the relationship between the carbon performance and enterprise performance. In order to display the relationship between carbon performance and enterprise performance more clearly, enterprise performance is divided into market performance and financial performance and states them respectively. On the basis of study results, further examination is to compare the result between market performance and financial performance to find which is more significant.Through this research we find that there is a positive relationship between carbon performance and enterprise performance, in other words, the better the carben performance is, the better the enterprise performance is. Reverse is also true. In addition, the investigation also find that the relaotionship between carbon performance and enterprise market performance is significantly stronger than the relationship between carbon performance and enterprise financial performance. It also directly shows that, investors and potential investors are more concerned about the carbon performance than internal managers.The data of this paper is from the Carben Disclosure Perpormence, which has a standard format. CDP is accurate and comparable, which makes the results more convincing.
