Performance appraisal is the enterprise in the established strategic objectives,the use of specific standards and indicators,the staff's work behavior and performance evaluation,and the use of the results of the assessment of the staff in the future work behavior and work performance of the process and method of positive guidance.The essence of performance appraisal is a process management,its ultimate goal is not simply to make a profit,but to promote t he common development of enterprises and employees.Therefore,how to develop a scientific and reasonable performance management system for the actual situation,through the assessment found that the problem,improve the problem,to find the gap to improve,so that their own development,to promote the strategic objectives of the enterprise,to achieve a win-win situation,to become the most concerned about the problem.In this paper,Changsha Xiang Jiang trade logistics company as a case study,combined with the industry and the company,the use of modern performance management theory and related theory,the company's performance appraisal program conducted in-depth and comprehensive research.Firstly,with the help of the company employee performance appraisal satisfaction questionnaire,assessment system,assessment indicators,assessment methods,results and feedback from the company's performance appraisal management system "pulse",points out the deficiency of existing evaluation schemes are: the design of the performance appraisal system is not scientific,fuzzy performance evaluation index,evaluation process becomes a mere formality,performance feedback is not ideal.In this regard,this paper combined with the development history and present situati on of Changsha Xiang Jiang logistics company,to find out the reasons for these problems.Subsequently.This paper,based on the company's actual,according to the strategic relevance,key,operation,feedback and improvement of the principle,through the use of management by objectives,key performance indicators,performance appraisal theory and method,the company's strategic target,stage of important work and responsibilities factors into the assessment program,establish an improved version of the per formance appraisal program.Finally,to ensure the improvement scheme to promote the strategic objectives of the company landing,mobilize staff enthusiasm and initiative,scientific and objective evaluation of the performance level of the company and the employees is proposed in this paper Changsha Xiangjiang business logistics company performance evaluation system of the implementation process,and build the implementation of the safeguard mechanism,also the company's performance appraisal scheme were evaluated.Starting from the actual situation of the company,in order to solve the actual problems in the performance management system as a starting point,the performance appraisal theory is applied to the actual work of enterprises,aiming to find the specific measures to improve the level of enterprise management and control.Hope to improve the performance management system for the enterprise and peer companies have inspiration and reference significance.
