According to the "China’s rural elderly population and its agesecurity: Challenges and Prospects" which is released by World Bank in2012said, by2030, the elderly dependency ratio will reach34.4percent in ruralareas, the gap between urban and rural elderly population dependency ratiowill be13percent in2030. For a long period of an ageing populationinversion phenomenon between urban and rural areas makes aging in ruralareas is more serious, its pension status is also more worthy of attention.Along with China’s industrialization and urbanization process, the farmers offertility decline, population mobility increased, so change the traditionalconcept of retirement gradually weakened the family pension security features.Adapt to this changing situation demands, rural endowment from familypension mode to social endowment patterns become inevitable trend.Around the topic of socialization of rural old-age security, this thesisis divided into four parts, the first part is the first two chapters, the firstchapter is the introduction, the main significance of the topic introduces thebackground, and a literature review, research methods establish and build theframework. The second chapter defines the social old-age security of relatedconcepts, analyzes the theoretical basis of the rural social old-age security, andsummarizes the social old-age security in rural areas of four typical practiceand get inspiration; The second part is the third chapter analyzes the supplyand demand situation and the problems of rural old-age security, pointed outthe enormous scale of the needs of rural old-age security, but lack of effectivedemand and the weakening of family support but the social security functionof insufficient supply of social reality; The third part is the fourth and fifthchapters, Chapter IV of Luoyang field research by analyzing the way of living, economic source of life care and spiritual support in rural residents, and thedemand by Richter table measures the rural elderly economic source ofsocialization, socialization level of demand life care and spiritual support ofthese three old-age social dimensions. The fifth chapter analyzed by ANOVAand binary logistic regression model found that the main factors affecting ruralsocial pension degree of resource needs are: individual self-care ability,marital status, pension risk awareness, understanding the extent of the newagricultural insurance and family expenditure. Part IV includes sixth, seventhchapter, Chapter VI analyzes the basic principles of constructing socialpension system, and noted that the rural social old-age security of path: aunified diversified rural old-age security system, reform and improve the ruralcore system of old-age security and the basic bottom line, good convergenceand transformation of urban and rural old-age security. Chapter VII of therural elderly from meeting the needs of multi-level old-age perspective,proposed to achieve the pension fund raising, endowment and pensionservices social changes of the concept of specific recommendations.In this paper, in particular in innovative research perspective, thispaper for the study of rural old-age security system not only from thetheoretical and other macro-level perspective to analyze, but also pay moreattention to the needs of rural elderly from specific endowment of themicroscopic perspective to identify problems, research questions, ruralold-age security problems related to the vital interests of the elderly in ruralthousands, only from the perspective of rural elderly, from the perspective ofthe policy target groups in order to get a foothold in reality, most attentionfrom the reality of the rural elderly, building meet the interests and needs ofolder persons in rural old-age security system.
