Study On The Whole Performance Evaluation Of Vehicle Closed-loop Supply Chain

With the development of national income increase, the demand for vehicles has increased dramatically, after the rate of vehicle popularity is greatly improved, the amount of scrap vehicles increased. At present our country dismantling scrapped vehicle recycling industry is not mature, the majority of dismantling scrapped vehicle recovery is still in the basic stage, compared with the prosperity of foreign vehicle dismantling recycling industry, in order to improve the efficiency of the whole automobile industry supply chain, it is very important to implement the closed-loop supply chain management and do the performance evaluation in vehicle industry.In order to carry out the performance of the whole vehicle closed-loop supply chain overall evaluation, first, this paper explained the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of closed-loop supply chain of vehicle. Second, this paper do the comparison and analysis of the domestic and foreign vehicle closed-loop supply chain status. Third, on the basis of describing the key process of the vehicle closed-loop supply chain, this paper build the performance evaluation system of vehicle closed-loop supply chain through reading literature and consulting experts. Fourth, this paper combined with the actual situation of the performance of the whole vehicle closed-loop supply chains, choosing the AHP-FCE method to evaluate the performance. Fifth, in order to proof of authenticity and validity of the method, this paper use the performance evaluation system to score through the case.Through the research, this paper obtained the following conclusions:(1) After summing up, this paper built the whole performance evaluation index system of vehicle closed-loop supply chain, according to the characteristics of the closed-loop supply chain, the index system contains economic benefits, social benefits and environmental benefits.(2) There are lots of methods of the performance evaluation of vehicle closed-loop supply chain, using the AHP-FCE method can deal with multi-level qualitative index and quantitative index weight of performance evaluation properly, and it can overcome the characteristics of the whole performance evaluation index system of vehicle closed-loop supply chain of many factors and complex.(3) The whole performance evaluation index system of vehicle closed-loop supply chain has some universality, the enterprise should proceed from reality, make the appropriate changes and perfect before using.
