Teh Explore Of Supply Chain Finacing Model Of The Commercial Banks To Foreign Trade Enterprise

With the constant development of the market economy and the reform and open of our country,foreign trade enterprises in our country are playing a more and more important role.But in recent years,foreign trade enterprises, no matter sweeping or not, are meeting problems of financing.As small and medium-sized enterprises, the credit and strength are not good enough for them to get financing support from banks.The large-lot foreign trade enterprises pay a lot of money in advance in order to cope with the capital needs of enterprises up and down,and at the same time, they are meeting larger and larger capital needs, in order to expand the channel of profit.Because of the information asymmetry and in order to avoid financial risks,banks are hesitating whether provide the foreign trade enterprises a loan or not.But meanwhile, banks are clearly aware of the benefits they can get from the large-lot foreign trade enterprises,for example,higher popularity, larger coverage area of the products and so on. Some banks provide a loan to enterprises even though they are not aware of the real background of the financing, which has already raided the market. The problem needs to be solved by banks right now is that how to provide fine financing channels to enterprises legally an normally.So the supply chain financing came into being that can solve the problem mentioned above. Supply chain finance is a new way of financing, Banks implant financial products into the supply chain in order to optimize the flow of money in the supply chain. Supply chain finance not only can solve the financing problems of enterprises, but also can encourage the whole supply chain to develop evenly.In this thesis, according to the actual case in the author’s ordinary work,through the supply chain financing project design from bank of A to H company, on one aspect points out different problems including the problems banks may meet or those the enterprises may meet and so on; on another aspect, in the case study in this thesis, the enterprises upper and down in the supply chain have different needs of financing, bank of A designs different supply chain finance project to them on the basis of the present financing products. Meanwhile the author thinks that offering H company more flexible financing products can help to get back the settle accounts which has already ran off.Because of the representativeness of bank of A and H company in their own industries, the author also believes that the project designed for H company also can be used to other foreign trade enterprises, and which is very important in the actual work of bank of A.
