Empirical Research On The Influence Factors Of Foreign Trade Enterprise’s Suppiy Chain Efficiency

With the development of economy and the progress of science and technology, the competition between enterprises is more and more tending to the competition between supply chains nowadays, and the problems about supply chain management are being taken seriously by the corporate world and many experts and scholars. Doing a good job for supply chain management fully is not only beneficial to ameliorate the financial condition of a corporate, improve the customer satisfaction, optimize the core business progress and enhance the ability of innovation, but also beneficial to reduce the operating cost, improve the influence between the same industries and enhance competitiveness of a corporate.Under the influence of the aftermath of financial crisis, the development prospect of the foreign trade enterprise in our country so far is still not optimistic, especially the specialized exporting enterprises. Their unstable middleman status has more and more challenges for a long time. In order to help the foreign trade enterprises to get rid of the awkward middlemen status and transform the weak comparative advantages into the core competitivenesses, this article which adopts questionnaire survey to collect relevant data and adopts the qualitative analysis combining with quantitative analysis takes some foreign trade enterprises in our country as research objects to explore the influence factors of the foreign trade enterprises’supply chain efficiency with consideration of the foreign trade enterprises’particularity and research that how the influencing factors of different dimensions impact the efficiency of the supply chain. This article enriches the related theories about the efficiency of supply chain management and provides some guiding suggestions for foreign trade enterprises to improve supply chain management. At the same time, it also has some certain reference significance for other types of enterprises.At first, this article combines the relevant theories about the supply chain and supply chain management in our country and the others, and defines the conceptions involved in the study. At the same time, it analyses the particularity of the foreign trade enterprises. And then, it selects three dimensions as the research objects which are the supply chain partnership, flexible ability of supply chain and information system development level. After that, three main dimensions are subdivided and respectively established relations with foreign trade enterprises’supply chain. The theoretical models and assumptions are set up as a result. Combining with the actual situation design the questionnaire, we did the questionnaire survey to obtain the required data. At last, we did descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis and acceptable internal consistency with statistical analysis software SPSS21.0and did test-retest reliability estimates and measurement of structural equation model by AMOS17.0. After testing and correcting the model through the empirical research, we can get the following conclusions:the supply chain partnership, flexible ability of supply chain and development level of information systems are positively correlated with the supply chain efficiency of foreign trade enterprises.
