In its economic process, a large number of farmers and employment problems attach great importance to the relevant government department. The more investigation found that, in1999-2011Longgang town were syndrome141.95ha land, among them, cultivated land119.32ha,0.067ha cultivated land per syndrome cause about1.5of farmers losing land calculation, due to land requisition reasons about more than2680landless peasants; in2003-2011Lingxi syndrome123.92ha total land, among them cultivated land97.09ha, due to land requisition reasons about more than2185landless peasants. The employment status of landless farmers is worrying, professional and technical level, family income level is generally low, the majority of farmers do not understand the preferential employment policy of the government. Because of the statuses of lower quality of land-lost farmers, imperfect labor market, the pressure of urban employment increased etc, it is difficult for land-lost farmers to achieve employment. With investigation and analysis, the main reasons affecting land-lost farmer employment in Cangnan have:(1) lower cultural and science and technology quality, lack of legal consciousness and a weak awareness of market rules;(2) an undeveloped third-industry;(3) incomplete private occupation introduction organizations;(4) the press from a large number of employment population into the city.Based on the current situations and problems, the following suggestions are put forward:(1) Reforming the household registration system;(2)The employment of peasants into urban employment system;(3)Changing the idea and improving the enthusiasm of farmers;(4)Regulation of the labor market, building the employment information platform;(5)Strengthening the government service;(6)Improving the functions of supervision and the protection efforts;(7)Supporting entrepreneurship;(8) Strengthening re-employment training.
