Study On The Conflict Of Interests And Coordination In The Retreat Of Rural Homestead In Longgang Town, Cangnan County

With the deepening of reform and opening up,the development of the rural economy,the improvement of the living standards of farmers,a large number of rural populations have been transferred to backward cities,and some rural housing sites have been left vacant.Laws and regulations lead to chaos,various disputes and contradictions continue to appear,and policies and procedures on rural collective land demolition vary widely from place to place.Therefore,the "retirement" of rural housing sites in some areas has received positive responses from relevant interest groups..An investigation of the collective land demolition projects in Longgang Town(now Longgang City)of Cangnan County in recent years shows that most of the demolition of collective land houses in urban village projects is implemented by land retreat.Land retreat is Leaving and returning rural homesteads and their houses on the ground is the act of expropriating and relocating rural collective land and houses attached to collective land.For the collective land acquisition in rural areas,the "vacation" method has gradually been promoted.In some places,government regulators often open their eyes and close their eyes.Sometimes,some local governments hide behind them as pushers.It has also made the conflict of interest in rural collective land demolition implemented by "retreat" gradually deepen.So,for rural homesteads,which interest groups are involved in the conflict of interest in the retreat? What are the underlying reasons for these conflicts? How can we coordinate these conflicts?
