Study On The Relationship Between Small Town Development And Eco-Agricultrue Construction

At present, the time and conditions for speeding up China’s urbanization process are ripe. Seizing the opportunity and guiding small-scale towns to develop healthily at right time should be an important task for rural reform and development at present and in the future for a long period of time. A series of policies issued by the CPC Central Committee show that speeding up the urbanization process is the major tasks and the inevitable trend for the comprehensive construction of a well-off society and great strategic significance for a harmonious society.The small-scale town is the main body in the urbanization of rural area. The development can form the rural economies radiation centre, to drive rural area economic, to give jobs for the surplus labors in agriculture and to realize the transformation of social economy and sustainable development. Besides, the development of small-scale towns can promote coordinated development of the large, medium cities and small-scale towns, forming big radiation effect cities groups. Bring the central city radiation effects, raising the people’s living standards, improving the infrastructural facilities in small-scale towns.The construction of eco-agriculture is a strategy of promoting rural economic development, it is characterized by the development of ecological agriculture and can achieve a win-win ecological and economic benefit. The development of eco-agriculture and the small-scale town is an effect way to develop the rural economy and solve the problem of agriculture, countryside and peasants at present. Reduce the regional development gap has to reinforce the foundation position of agriculture and to realize a new road to agricultural modernization of integration of urban and rural development, agricultural industrialization and industrial comprehensive. This paper takes Xiaolukou Town as an example and is based on the current situation of the development of the town and the existing problems. Through the correlation analysis of Xiaolukou town, we know that the overall environmental quality of the town is good and the atmospheric environment, acoustic environment and solid waste environment are good. But the problem of rural non-point source pollution, water pollution and other environmental pollution caused a certain impact on the rural living environment. Through the analysis of eco-agriculture development of Xiaolukou Town, the town of ecological agriculture development has a late start, weak foundation, single mode and slow development. These problems need to be treated, government support, the introduction of advanced technology and the construction of ecological towns.Based on the above analysis, this paper put forward the "Construct eco-agriculture efficiently, promote Xiaolukou Town’s development" strategy. We should ensure the safety of agricultural products as the core. The town should strengthen the protection of agricultural environment, agricultural production source control, process management, effective waste recycling and vigorously promote the construction of ecological agriculture system with Chinese characteristics, improve agricultural production efficiency and increase farmer income to form mutual development cycle system of forest, animal husbandry, fishery and agriculture. Through promoting the diversification of agricultural and industrial links, the town can realize the operation of normative agriculture and safety, product features and brand.
