Research On The Development Model And Planning Countermeasures Of Small Towns In The Fringe Of Large Cities

At present,China is in the critical period of rapid urbanization,and the various problems faced by the urban fringe area need to be resolved.Among them,structure adjustment and function change of land use resulted various contradiction of the edge area in population,land use andecological environment,the question of urban sustainable development caused by this should be given notice and resolved.,City fringe area small towns,because of its special locationwhichnot only connected with the city,but also closely related to rural areas,have some functions of the city to some extent,for alleviating the big city "burden".Therefore,the development model of small towns in this special area needs to be adjusted according to the development situation.The development of small towns should be planned and guided to adapt to the changing external environment.Based on the development of urbanization,this paper studies the development of small towns in the southeast edge of Xi'an,including four districts and two counties.First of all,the state for small towns from the past to the present development of some of the policy interpretation.Secondly,the related concepts are analyzed,and the domestic and foreign research on the small towns and urban fringe areas are sorted out.Use the following methods:literature reading method,system method,SPSS factor analysis and cluster analysis method,based on the development situation of Xi'an city fringe area of these small towns for the overall analysis,and summarizes the problems,put forward the development of small towns in the area of the driving factors and development mode.The driving factors include inside and outside two,internal driving factors including location factors,resource and economic development and rural development drive,external driving factors including planning guide drive,drive,drive and city expansion of industrial capital investment driven.Through the analysis of the tourism industry,driven by trade and logistics industry,the development of modem agricultural development,industrial development and the driving force of scientific and educational resources to gather these models.Finally,through the normative research combined with field survey method and empirical method,in two small towns in the southeast of suburb of Xi'an is studied as an example:support mode for industrial development mode of Lintong District Street office for zero,while Huxian qinduzhen is suitable for modem agricultural development and drive mode tourism industry driving mode of the two,and from the angle of the city planning in the land,space industry,the three gives the corresponding planning strategies.
