Urban And Rural Basic Pension Insurance Relationship Between The Transfer Continue Path

With China’s economy continuing to improve, the mobility of labor is increasingly frequent. However, due to the existence of institutional barriers, especially when labor needs to flow across the region, the endowment insurance benefits is risking of loss, which increases the cost of free movement of workers. Therefore, accelerating research of urban and rural endowment insurance relationship transfer and continuation policies and protecting the loss of their pension rights when the labor flows have become an important task for China’s social security system for urban and rural development.This paper searched a large number of related literatures on urban and rural endowment insurance relationship transfer and continuation and learned about the scholars’research focus and deficiencies. The paper analyzed the research path and advice provided, absorbing the research experience. At the same time, the paper tries to learn about the demand of transfer and continuation through questionnaire research.Part Ⅰ is an introduction, it mainly describes the background and meaning of this article, defines the related concepts used in the text and clears research subjects, research methods and research innovation. Part Ⅱ is literature reviews and theoretical studies, literature reviews mainly concentrated on necessity, obstacle factors and path of the urban and rural endowment insurance transfer and continuation Part Ⅲ introduces the historical development and practical problem of urban and rural endowment insurance relationship transfer and continuation. Part four introduces models abroad and domestic, paving the way for subsequent transferring countermeasures. Part five is the analysis of urban and rural endowment insurance relationship transfer and continuation path and provides policy recommendations. Part sixth is the conclusions and limitations of this article.
