Research On The Transfer And Continuation Of Migrant Workers' Endowment Insurance

With the continuous progress of economic development,the process of urbanization in China has been further deepened.In this context,the phenomenon of cross regional flow of labor has also gradually increased,especially with regard to the problems related to migrant workers.On the other hand,in the process of the continuous improvement of the endowment insurance system in China,the corresponding practical problems are also exposed in the development.These exposed problems have gradually been paid attention to by the public in all walks of life,namely,the transfer of rural migrant workers' endowment insurance.Besides,Shaanxi is the largest province in Northwest China,and the proportion of floating population between provinces and provinces is increasing year by year.Such a large scale of population movement has made the Shaanxi provincial government realize that the solution of their pension insurance transfer has become an important factor in the stable and healthy development of the society.Under this background,this paper makes use of the research methods of literature research,comparative analysis,questionnaire and empirical analysis.Based on the theory of welfare economics and the theory of social equity,it combines the new agricultural insurance,which started in 2011 in Shaanxi Province,and the human resources and society in 2014.The Ministry of security and the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Finance promulgated the "Interim Measures for urban and rural endowment insurance system",the two practical factors to design the questionnaire,and finally got 300 valid questionnaires,and use the chi square test and the establishment of the logistic regression model of the questionnaire data analysis finally get the results.This article includes five parts: the first part mainly defines the concept of migrant workers,pension insurance system and pension insurance transfer,and clarifies the two theoretical bases of welfare economics and social equity theory.The second part first combs and introduces the transfer of pension insurance related to migrant workers in China.To continue the development process of the policy,we can find out the current transfer mode of migrant workers' pension insurance in the most representative three regions of China,and compare with the model in Shaanxi province.The third part is the basic data collection and arrangement for the transfer of migrant workers' pensioninsurance in Shaanxi province.The first part of this part is to do the questionnaire survey data.A descriptive analysis shows that the data obtained by this questionnaire are in accordance with the content of the "2016 migrant workers monitoring and investigation report".Then we use the chi square test to examine the correlation between each part of the questionnaire and the migrant workers' pension insurance transfer,and draw a series of factors affecting the transfer of migrant workers' pension insurance.The fourth part is the multi factor analysis.The author uses the logistic test to understand how the related factors affect the migrant workers' pension insurance.In the last part,the author makes a conclusion based on the data analysis and the actual situation of the migrant workers in Shaanxi Province,and gives the opinions and suggestions on the three sides of the government,enterprises and migrant workers according to the conclusion.
