With the continuous development of civil aviation industry China, the scale of Airlines fleet increased sharply, the market competition is more and more fierce. Aircraft repair is a typical knowledge, technology, capital intensive and high technology, high added value, high risk, long cycle of industry. In order to improve the airline’s operating efficiency, many airlines have outsourcing aircraft repair to the third party repair company. The MRO service company in order to ensure the aircraft repair the normal, the air material inventory keep at high level. After the2008financial crisis, many airlines curtailed at the expense of aircraft repair service outsourcing, third party repair company in order to maintain profits, must continue to shrink in operating costs. Therefore, air material inventory level to ensure flight for the reasonable operation, and flight safety is very important.The lean logistics is a new logistics management mode currently and also applied widely, it emphasizes the supply of high quality by eliminating waste, reduce non value added part of the logistics activities to achieve material, low cost operation of logistics, and the shortest material delivery cycle. After review the theory of lean logistics, the paper analyzed the general situation of T company inventory and distribution and the existing problems. Base on the above problems, this paper classified subdivision material by using the Kraljic Matrix, according to the characterizes of each kind of material property and lean supply logistics optimization scheme T company come out four schemes for each kind of material. T company inventory management and distribution optimization. According to the principle of Kraljic material classification firstly classified different materials, reasonable development of material requirement planning, improving the inventory management, supplier management improvement; according to the distribution of the "pull" distribution system, improved distribution facilities, improve the comprehensive coverage distribution types, increase Milk Run Delivery times to meet the production requirements, increase the distribution of advance the amount of the final evaluation, bring the optimization effect.
