Research On The Development And Driving Factors Of Strategic Emerging Industries In Shandong Province

With a new round of global economic and technological development,the development of strategic emerging industries has become a new generation of theme.Strategic emerging industries can not only meet the development needs,but also follow the pace of the development of the contemporary new technology,it has the feature of knowledge technology intensive,growth of great potential,less consumption of resources,and good comprehensive benefits.It can promote regional industrial structure upgrading very well,and in leading the regional economic growth is increasingly highlighted the important role,accord with the requirements of the future development of the industry.It is a value that research the strategic emerging industries to enhance the regional competitive advantage,and to achieve economic transformation and upgrading.In this paper,it is discussed by the methods of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis.First of all,described the development status of strategic emerging industries in Shandong province,and put forward the problems in the process of development,through the reorganization of the relevant theory of strategic emerging industries,the evaluation index system of industrial development is established from five aspects of industrial development potential,industrial comparative advantage,industrial innovation ability,industrial correlation degree and industrialsustainability,using the method of factor analysis,makes a comprehensive evaluation about the development of the strategic and emerging industries in Shandong Province currently.According to the development situation of the industry,put forward industrial gradient development strategy.Secondly,analysed the driving factors of the development of strategic emerging industries in Shandong Province.Index system is established in four areas from the industrial base,scientific research level,market demand,the support of the policy,through the principal component regression analysis,it showed a positive correlation conclusion,industrial base and science and technology innovation ability make a greater impact on industrial development.Finally,combined with the results of this paper,from two aspects of reality and policy,put forward reasonable suggestions in order to promote the development of strategic emerging industries in Shandong Province.
