The Current Situation And Prospect Of Village Banks In Ningxia

For over30years of reform and opening-up, our country has made a great achievement in each work。as an agricultural country, agriculture development play an important role in our country rural economy and economic construction in our country, the third plenary session of the17decide that:"agriculture foundation which need to strengthen is still weak; rural development which need the most support is still lags behind;increasing of farmers’ income which need to speed up is rather difficult." This focuses on the importance and urgency of promoting rural reform and development under the new situation. Finance,as the most important allocation system of rural economic development, the effect in rural economic development became more and more obvious. At present, the rural reform development has entered the new step of system innovation, to speed up the pace of rural financial reform, establish a modern rural financial system has become an important proposition. Village Banks as a new type of rural financing and credit,undertook the mission of servicing to agriculture, rural areas and farmers since the establishment.From the first village bank-WuZhong binhe village bank established in2008in NingXia, nine village banks had opened,they expanded the financing channels for minor enterprises,great supported the construction in ningxia rural areas.However,it still faced lot of problem,due to inadequate experience,small size,limited sources of funding, service implementation does not reach the designated position, service system is not well,lack of risk control ect.The thesis summarized the domestic and foreign rural financial theory first,based of the visiting research of above mentioned nine village Banks,collected datas of village operate scale,style,internal control and profit suitation,then analyses the problems existed in the progess of village banks development. With the analyzing of the above factors,and using the success model in domestic and foreign finance department, now we put forward the development tactics to promote the development of ningxia village bank rapidly and firmly.and give the outlook of the village bank’s perspective.
