Current Situation,Problems And Suggestions For Rural Informatization In The Ningxia Province

Rural informatization is an important measure to advance the urban and country integration, all-round build up a well-off society, and solve the problems in "three-agriculture". However, the rate of rural informatization construction exits distinct differences between different areas, for this reason the variation in informatization infrastructure, transportation, and humanities accomplishment between different areas. Although rural informatization in southern area of our country initial achieved the modern agriculture, such as construction of new countryside, cultivation of new type farmers, and shortening the information gap between urban and rural, but the rural informatization in western area of our country is still in its early stages. The Ningxia hui autonomous region is a typical inland province in western area of our country, also is the residential district of minority nationalities, though the rural informatization is in continuously promotion, yet many problems existence in the process of rural informatization construction. So the comprehensive study on current situation of rural informatization, definite the problem in rural informatization construction, propose specific strategies, are important for comprehensively promote the rural informatization construction, have extensive promotional value for rural informatization construction in analogous inland areas. We used the methods of literature collection and field work to analysis the current situation of rural informatization construction comprehensively, selected the main problem in rural informatization construction, proposed corresponding countermeasures, and obtained the major conclusion below:1. Comprehensive analyzed the current situation of rural informatization construction in Ningxia rural, since Ningxia is determined to be the first rural informatization experimental site in2007, rural informatization construction of Ningxia integrated various resources, improved the awareness of general public, integrated video, voice, network as a platform of "three-agriculture" call center in Ningxia province.2. Screened out the main problems those limit the benign development of rural informatization in Ningxia province, the problems many includes the faultiness in management system of rural informatization, coverage is not comprehensive in infrastructure construction, the application information technology ability of farmer needs to improve.3. Proposed the strategy of benign development for rural informatization in Ningxia province. Rural informatization in Ningxia needs form a perfect management system, integrate and utilize the private capital, improve the infrastructure construction, cultivate agricultural staff, and promote the application information technology ability.
