Study On The Chinese Family Farm Life Based On The Excellent Performance

In the development of the three kinds of industry in the process of development. The Primary industry and the second industry is the foundation of the development of the third industry, the development of the third industry can promote and drive the first two ones; The Primary industry is also the foundation, but in the Primary industry the most fundamental is the agricultural. With the reform and opening-up, China’s agriculture made changes in turning the world upside down, but compared with the western countries, there are still some gaps. Therefore, how can the new transition period firmly grasp the market opportunity is for agricultural workers, is one of the hot topics. Family farms, may be a better choice.However, family farms in China is still in its infancy stage, there are many immature place, even stay in the family workshops provide for oneself level, compared with western developed countries, there is still a gap. Therefore, this paper is based on the family farm, the vitality of the performance excellence model based on, trying to find some solutions to the problems.The full text is divided into several parts as follows:the first chapter, the introduction of this paper, introduces the research background, purpose and significance of the study and the basic framework; the second chapter is about the family farm, performance excellence model and a summary of the vitality of enterprises; the third chapter, is the model construction and research hypothesis is established; the fourth chapter, through the verification structural equation model to find the relationship between the variables of the model, is the core of the paper; the fifth chapter is the conclusion and the advice of the vitality reforming, previous data processing; the sixth chapter, is a summary and outlook of this part.Research will introduce performance excellence model family farm, and the use of structural equation model is a kind of attempt and innovation, the sample is confined to one single province, no consideration of regional factor and time factor is the shortage of this article. Finally, combined with the characteristics of the family farm is suggested, which can be a reference for the similar research.
