Compared with the ISO9000, it highlights strategy, performance and social responsibility furthermore, being used for maturity evaluation of organization and management.This paper keeps the Ningxia Yinglite Chemical Co., Ltd as the research object:1. Discussed the steps of performance model for enterprises and conformed "Declare Beforehand Type" as its best way to bring in the mode, according to their own industry characteristics and the actual situation;2. analyzed enterprise’s surroundings, ascertained the challenges and threats of enterprise from the current management situation of organization, and made it as an opportunity of learning and improvement;3. kept the seven categories of Excellence Performance Mode as the foundation, determined the overall framework of the enterprise excellence performance model. it considers not only "result", but also pays more attention to "process", and provides a strong basis for enterprise development in future;4. On the basis of Excellence Performance Mode System, made the self-assessment of the enterprise from2011to2013.
