Polypropylene is propylene polymerization and obtained a thermoplastic resin, can be used in the production of wire drawing, weaving, fiber, film, pipe extrusion, extrusion sheets/plates, injection molding, blow molding products.Polypropylene with high impact resistance, mechanical properties of strength and toughness, resistance to a variety of organic solvents and acid-base corrosion. Polypropylene is widely used in industry, is one of the common common polymer material.With the continuous growth of the socialist market economic system continuously improved and the national economy, especially crude oil prices soaring in recent years, foreign products to enhance the impact of the domestic market, the increasingly fierce competition of petrochemical products. Large domestic petrochemical enterprises are actively exploring a set to adapt to market competition marketing strategy and tactics to guide the management of enterprises, in order to improve the competitive ability. Ningxia A enterprises as a new force of domestic polypropylene industry, and the A enterprise is located in the northwest of China, PP consumption target market far distance, transportation costs are too high, the brand effect is relatively weak, so how in the fierce competition in the market of petrochemical industry talent showing itself, make their own brand characteristics, so as to improve the competitiveness of Ningxia A enterprises polypropylene products in the market will be the focus of this paper.The purpose of this study is through the analysis of the existing marketing strategy of Ningxia A company, combined with professional knowledge and work experience in their own learning, to propose specific measures to improve the marketing strategy of Ningxia A company to improve the marketing strategy of polypropylene market existing. The research methods is the use of PEST model, SWOT model, five forces model described in detail the competitive environment and the condition of the marketing system of the A enterprises in Ningxia, and the existing problems were analyzed, through the analysis of the A enterprise polypropylene products existing marketing situation, starting from the long-term perspective of enterprise development, put forward build polypropylene product marketing strategy with A enterprise characteristic, to the current marketing mode and ideas for effective adjustment, in order to break through the bottleneck, maintain the development, make full use of their own advantages, the final result is to ensure that the A enterprise in the fierce market competition of.
