On The Application Of QHSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM On The Polypropylene Equips In The LANGANG COMPANY

After China joins in WTO, the petrochemical enterprises must carry out the International Labor and Enterprise Standard and follow the international rules to participate the international market competition. QHSE management system is a new management system which combines the theories and practices of the quality management, healthy and safety management system and environment management system. The paper studies the current conditions of using QHSE system in the Polypropylene Equips in the LANGANG Company, and investigates the possibility of using such system at the Polypropylene Equips. The paper reviews the existing issues from the aspects of system planning, system establishing and applying results. Based on the main theory of operation management and successful experience of applying QHSE management system in other petrochemical enterprises, the paper presents the solutions on resolving the following issues such as the difficulty to match the monitoring with the actual production, the inaccuracy of whole risk evaluation, uncertainty of environmental factors and the deviation of the established system to the actual performance, etc, which will make QHSE management system play the important roles in guaranteeing quality, safety, healthy and environment in the enterprise and provide references to apply the QHSE management system in other petrochemical enterprises.
