At present,China’s macro economy continues to weaken,but the domestic polypropylene production capacity is not so slow.Under the circumstances of industry is so weak,how Y oil can stand out in the complex and changeable market environment,it must start from their own,through to the enterprise competition environment for scientific research and rational analysis of the problems existing in the current marketing strategy,and then develop in line with the enterprise development,market through ascension camp pin tactics to deal with an increasingly competitive environment is worthy of our study.Based on polypropylene products Y company as the research object,using the relevant theories of marketing and the SWOT analysis method to explore the Y company marketing strategy of polypropylene products.First,combed the predecessors about 4 p theory,life theory and so on marketing theory,to study the marketing strategy of polypropylene products Y company to provide theoretical support;Second,analyzing the status quo of the polypropylene product marketing Y company and the existing problems,and then examine the face of internal and external marketing environment,and has carried on the SWOT analysis,on the basis of this,in turn,combined with the market segmentation and target market positioning,from product,price,channel and promotion four aspects to improve its existing network marketing strategy,finally,gives the smooth implementation of the marketing strategy of indemnificatory measures,including strengthening information management,strengthen the incentive and evaluation of marketing personnel,strengthen the marketing personnel training,cultivating excellent culture,etc.In this paper,the research of polypropylene products Y company marketing strategy has the important practical significance,the domestic polypropylene product sales strategy of other firms also have certain reference significance.
