With the growing trend of global economic integration strengthened, China’snon-financial enterprises of foreign direct investment showed a rising trend year byyear, to go abroad for financial institutions provided an excellent opportunity fordevelopment, coupled with the process of internationalization of the RMBaccelerating, China’s banks industry actively go abroad to carry out foreign directinvestment activities. In this paper, China’s banking industry as the research object,the main issue is the choice location for foreign direct investment model under study.Foreign investment in China’s banking industry both developed and developingcountries and regions, and what factors influence the location choice by what lawtheory has become a hot issue of common concern.
