Research On "Three Reforms" Of Agriculture In North Of Anhui Province During1953-1957

To answer the call of The Huaihe River harnessing,"Three reforms" of agriculture was a reform that aimed at putting back on production, reducing the flood and drought disaster, improving the standard of living. The importance of the reform lies in helping the crowd to correct their misconception and breed improvement. Focusing on the north of Anhui province, the content of narrative in this paper contains three parts.The first part is background of the reform. After getting the picture clear, the paper pointed out the problems and correct way. By analyzing the causes of disaster, the paper highlights the necessity and the possibility of the reform. From a practical perspective, this reform was the result of investigation and study. The second part discusses the implementation process. By analysis the archives, we can divide working procedures into two procedures, one is studying and finding out the laws,the other is drawing up a project and then taking action. The following sections discuss the working of rice improvement in the north of Anhui. In addition to sum up some experiences and achievements which from the crowd, this section will also cite the characteristics of good varieties. To promote this reform, we need the participation of the masses. The ideological problems of the masses had been limited the deepening of the reform. This paper will explain the reason of this phenomenon. The last part will give a comment about the reform.In general, the reform is a scientific revolution with the practical situation. And because of this, it has a impact on agricultural development in Anhui.
