Research On Technology Innovation Capability Of Large And Medium-sized Industrial Enterprises In Anhui Province

With China’s economic development has entered a new stage, The traditional model of development no longer meet the requirements of the current economic development, New stage of development is more emphasis on technology innovation. Competition between countries relies on technological innovation, The same situation also occurs in the enterprise. As a post-prone areas in Anhui, On the one hand; Anhui faces raising the level of economic development and improving people’s living conditions task; on the other hand, the macro-economic development of the social environment has undergone significant environmental, relying on the old ways of sacrificing the environment do not conform to the trend of economic development.Currently, The development of economic has more emphasis on the quality and the endogenous. Therefore, if Anhui wants to realize catch up with the development in quality, it will inevitably rely on technological innovation. The main technological innovation is still medium-sized industrial enterprises, it is an important carrier of technological innovation. Technological innovation capability of Anhui LMEs represent a regional level of technological innovation, the development paradigm and the quality is determines the quality of the economic development of Anhui, it has important significance to the adjustment of industrial structure and the upgrading the industrial structure. On this background, the Article researches the medium-sized enterprises’ technological innovation of Anhui Province in order to obtain some suggestions to improve medium-sized industrial enterprises’ technological innovation capability.The first part of this paper reviewed and summarized the discussion of innovation technology of scholars from home and abroad from three aspects:Namely, the relationship between technological innovation and market innovation and the relationship between organizational change and organizational form and the quantification of technological innovation capability. Different scholars from different angles has different definitions, understand, measure to innovation capability. But the common feature is the view that technological innovation capability is integrated by a series of complex, interrelated composition of dynamic development elements. The second part is based on the first part of the above, combined with defined authorities for technological innovation capability, gives the definition of the technological innovation capability, and then describe some of the characteristics of technological innovation, namely:risk, innovation, accessibility and excess profits commercialization of innovative activities. Meanwhile, we divide the technological innovation into four types according to the main innovation, the role of technological innovation dynamic objects, changes in technology and innovative strength, and we think that innovation have an important role for economic growth, industrial restructuring, enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises for economic growth。 The third part first describe some of the current situation and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Anhui, including the overall size of the business, industry distribution and corporate ownership, and then from four aspects, the technical innovation investment and technological innovation transformation and technological innovation outputs and technological innovation environment, compare analysis of the technological innovation capability of Anhui situation with the other five provinces. In comparative analysis, On the one hand focusing on the analysis of large and medium industrial enterprises in Anhui with other regions, especially the gap between developed areas in2012; On the other hand focusing on the analysis of Anhui region in recent years efforts in technological innovation, and a detailed analysis of the growth of a variety of innovative elements into strength has been made. Through a comprehensive comparative analysis of two lines, we find some problems of medium-sized industrial enterprises in technical innovation of Anhui. The fourth part builds an index system according to the definition of technological innovation capability, and then using factor analysis and principal component analysis method combined has an empirical analysis to medium-sized industrial enterprises analysis of the six central provinces, and reveals the problem and the lack of medium-sized industrial enterprises’technological innovation capability of Anhui. The fifth part, we propose some targeted proposal to enhance the technological innovation capability of Auhui. The final chapter is the conclusion and outlook.
