In this paper, by the background of industrialization, urbanization and "adjusting structure, promoting transformation" and other central policy, follow the research methods of "from, the general to the particular", First, from China hundred counties industrial structure optimization model, discusses county economic optimization of industrial structure characteristics, essence and key points, and then put forward policy recommendations to promote the county’s economic optimization of industrial structure.Taking county industry as the research object, through a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, this paper studies the county economy industrial structure evolution mechanism and proposes to route of the industrial structure optimization.In this paper, takes LAIAN county as a typical model, conducts an empirical study of their economic development.
