Study On Land Use Structure Comparison In The Process Of Resource-based City Transformation

The18thNational Congress of Communist Party of China has proposed “improveand develop socialist system of Chinese characteristics; put promotion of the nationalgovernance system into modernization requirements of management capabilities,which is the overall objective of comprehensive reform.” With rapid growth ofeconomy, life requires of increasing, traditional natural resources as leading industryguide development of city economy. Promote traditional dominant industry bycombining production, processing and sales, taking economic benefits as the center,taking protection of ecological environment and development of social economy asthe goal, relying on our economic policy support. But we also encountered some newsituations, new problems in economic transition process.Firstly, this paper describes and studies two periods of land use pattern changesbetween before economic transition in1997and after economic transition in2005toanalysis changes trend of land use pattern proportion in Fuxin City. It concludes thatproportion of cultivated land decreases continuously, according to climatecharacteristics in Fuxin city, woodland increased for sand fixation forest andconstruction land area decreased deceleration.Secondly, according to statistical data of social economy, the paper also analysesnational economy, population, economic structure. Analysis of statistical data providescientific basis for pattern of land use and sustainable use of land resources andformulation of land policy in Fuxin City.Finally, through analysis of land use characteristics and land use pattern changesof resource city in Fuxin, we can sum up existing problems and put forward somesuggestions to solve these problems. In order to provide a relatively clear idea forsustainable utilization of land resources, this paper analysis proportion of land usepattern in resource oriented city in process of economic transformation. This paperanalysis land use structure by comparing before resource city economic with after resource city economic in basis of theory and practice, to solve problem of land usepattern and provide corresponding measures in transformation of resources city.
