Knowledge management is the enterpirse in the knowledge economy era of the mainstreamof modern enterpirse management mode, more and more emphasis on the position of knowledgemanagement, knowledge can be decided the enterprise future development. But our counnysmall and medium-sized enterprise has large amount there will be more problems, but the lackof methods and Countermeasures to solve the problem. The core competitiveness is importantrely on the survival of enterpirses, the core competitiveness of SMEs otfen determines thedirection of development of small and medium-sized enterprises, the core competitiveness atpresent are mainly dominated by knowledge, the competition between enterpirses is ratl’ier thantechnology. However, as it is the competition of knowledge. Therefore,enhance the enterpriseknowledge content based on the knowledge management methods to enhance the corecompetitiveness of enterpirses is the research direction, which has practical significance.Based on the knowledge management and the core competitiveness of the literature review.on the basis of summing up, put forward the definition of knowledge management and the corecompetitiveness of enterpirses. At the same time, connect the knowledge management and corecompetence, analyses the intirnsic mechanism, from the technical, human, products, mainlyanalyzes the part of the production of four core competencies, and then the knowledgemanagement runs through each part of the core competitiveness, how to react to the aspect ofknowledge management for interpretation, the knowledge management and the corecompetitiveness complement each other, get some theoretical basis.Then introduced the factor of statistics analysis method, describes the calculation steps andcalculation principle and the results are obtained, and build mathematical model, the front theoryconcrete, specific parameters for mathematics, choose several representative data as the mainfactors driving the core competitiveness of the competition, the abstract concept of quantitative,set up the evaluation standard. The model is then applied to the collected data, before calculating,to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model, provides a new perspective for the core competitiveness of enterpirses evaluation. Finally, based on the theory and data, and putsforward some methods to improve the core competitiveness of enterpirses, and a few suggestions,to provide reference for enterpirses to gain advantage in the increasingly fierce competition.
