Thirty years of reform and opening up with the constant improvement of thesocialist market economy and the rapid development of IT in the era of knowledgeeconomy, the joint-stock reform of state-owned banks continue to further promote theincreasingly fierce competition between the financial sector.IT With the development has gradually become one of the core competitivenessof the important factors that affect the modern commercial banking, e-finance theconstruction of not only enrich the bank’s service channels, but also to enhance theflow of capital efficiency, loved by banks and customers. A late start due to China’sbanking industry information construction, information technology has been a shortboard for the construction of China’s financial enterprises. Banks in the competitionfor survival and development, we must have excellent human resources.
