Since China’s economy to achieve the transition from the circulation by the coalcompanies plan to market the product. Steel companies marketing channels fromscratch, from weak to strong, although not as consumer goods channels as tricks, butit along with the market economy, changes in the operating environment, step by stepforward. Especially in recent years, the coal industry, whether it is marketing channelstructure, scale, or operating mode management concepts are undergoing rapidchanges. Combined with changes in the environment, to find the best channelstructure, the most effective channel management model, the most reliable mode ofchannel development, channel structure optimization of aging has become a commonconcern and coal companies witch problem to be solved.Due to distribution channels is critical to the coal companies, so this paperfocuses on distribution channels and demonstration. So this paper, the businessdevelopment strategy and marketing strategy for theoretical analysis obtainedimportant causes of problems caused by Yitai channels. And tools based on the SWOTanalysis of the opportunities and threats Yitai Group channels in the externalenvironment, the presence of internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as the relativedisadvantage industry leaders, and eventually won the Yitai Group channel tooptimize the design direction and objectives. On this basis, adjusted Yitai Group’schannel strategy, combined with the lack of analysis of the resulting Yitai Groupchannels, channels for Yitai Group proposed optimization strategy, and formed achannel optimized channel target system.
