The21st century is the age of knowledge economy, globalization of economicdevelopment is more rapidly. Many companies are looking for the secret of longevity,along with development trend, make the corporate strategy theories emerged.Corporate strategy is the sources of enterprises obtain the development advantages,each industry and company is seeking for development their core strategy, and Laos’telecommunication enterprises are the same. How do they model their strategydevelopment strategies, will be key to be invincible in present complicate marketenvironment.In chapter2, has selected relevant basic theories of enterprise strategicmanagement, to enhance the corporate development strategy of Laos’telecommunication enterprises, discussed the meaning of strategic management,characteristics and functions of enterprise management and its sources. Meanwhile,this chapter also reviewed development processes of strategic management theories,especially the development stages of strategic management theories, in order toprovide an effective theoretical support to the implementation of managementstrategy for Laos’ telecommunication enterprises.In Chapter3, describes the current situation development of telecommunicationenterprises in Laos, including its development history, current situation andbackground; especially, it also analyzed5large telecommunication enterprisesoperation situation. At the same time, this chapter also pointed out that the mainproblems existing in the development of those telecommunication enterprises,conflicts between corporate strategic management and development, enterprises lackof strategic planning of business operation to cope with the complicated problemsenvironment. These problems cause Laos’ telecommunication enterprise hardly torealize sustainable development, difficult to maintain long-term competitive advantage. In addition, this chapter also pointed out the main reasons of thoseproblems.Chapter4is the focus on SWOT analysis of telecommunication enterprises inLaos, facing of stressful market competition, implement development strategy to theSWOT analysis of the telecommunication enterprises, the implementation of thedevelopment strategy for the Laos’ telecommunication overall SWOT analysis,analyzed the implementation development strategic Laos’ telecommunicationenterprises strength, weakness, opportunity and threaten., in order to provide morefurther choices to implement development strategic analysis in future.Chapter5is the Laos’ telecommunication enterprises development strategydesign, pointed out its missions and values and overall strategic objectives.Meanwhile, it also proposed development strategic choices, especially its choices onoperation strategy, research and technological innovation, financial strategy, humanresource strategy and corporate culture.Finally, Chapter6presents the implementation and security measures of Laos’telecommunication enterprises development strategy, pointing out their corporatestrategic implementation plan, includes its processes, and tactics. Among them, alsoinclude development corporate strategic developing marketing, internationalizedtactics; pointed out development strategic security measures, such as technologyinnovation, human resources, corporate culture and information establishing. Finally,it is the important to prevent the risk of Laos’ Telecommunication enterprisesdevelopment strategy implementation.
