Performance appraisal is the enterprise's internal management activities, human resources management system is necessary and important component. At this stage, most of the supervision enterprises in our country there is more or less human resource management issues. In particular the construction supervision system as a construction field since the reform initiatives, the role and significance of performance appraisal increasingly become a consensus.Firstly, the development of enterprises of the supervision process is briefly reviewed, and that supervision in order to better promote the rapid development of the industry, the need for the implementation of performance appraisal. Meanwhile, the research status of performance appraisal with a brief review, on this basis leads to the theme of this paper. Secondly, the related performance evaluation reviews the theoretical knowledge, introducing a variety of commonly used methods of performance assessment, based on comparative studies, while for the supervision of enterprise features, to determine the use of Balanced Scorecard (BSC) design supervision enterprise of this approach performance indicators. The indicators in the evaluation model, because of mutual supervision enterprise performance index and the network associated with the intricate network structure of the phase analysis method similar, so we introduce the network analysis, its basic principles were elaborated and summed up this type of model to solve the basic steps. Finally, select a representative for construction project management company - XJ empirical analysis of the company. Use of BSC, the company's strategic goals XJ from a financial, customer, internal processes and four aspects of learning and development down to every level, the gradual implementation of the individual, associated with ANP model was constructed using the SD model of data processing software. According to the weight of high and low income indicators, analysis of existing company performance appraisal system for the future management of the company to provide XJ rationalize it, has some practical value.
