With its low-cost, high availability, high reliability and high scalability features, a better development space and innovative management mode are brought for enterprise by Cloud Computing, which also provides a new direction and solution for the development of supply chain, and it provides a good integrated environment for supply chain flexibility, loose coupling,"seamless" integration and building. In Cloud Computing, supply chain construction is a dynamic and flexible partner selection process, therefore, selecting an appropriate partner is the key to functioning effectively of supply chain. Focusing on the issue of supply chain partner selection in Cloud Computing, the rest of this thesis is organized as follows.First of all, a simplified, comprehensive, and effective hierarchical index system for supply chain partner selection is designed based on the characteristics of supply chain in Cloud Computing. This index system establishes the evaluation index for primary selection, precise selection and feedback update stage respectively.Secondly, founded on the C-SCRA architecture, according to the virtualization of node enterprises, the fuzziness of relationship between node enterprises and the incompleteness of index data in Cloud Computing environment, a novel partner selection model was proposed on the basis of analytic network process (ANP) and the grey evaluation theory. The weight of each index is calculated by ANP according to the constructed network hierarchy. Then, according to the evaluation value on all selection criteria of node enterprises to be evaluated which is made by the neighbor node enterprises, using the model of grey system to calculate weight matrix vector, thus getting the grey class and evaluation value about the partners. Finally, the experimental results demonstrate that this selection method is reasonable and feasible.Thirdly, also founded on the C-SCRA architecture, in consideration of the supply chain partner selection are characterized with dynamic evaluation process and fuzzy and uncertain evaluation indexes in cloud computing, a dynamic fuzzy evaluation model based on Markov chain is proposed. A comprehensive weight calculating method which combines subjective and objective method is adopted to calculate the index weight. By introducing Markov Chain theory, the state transition probability matrix is established and then the evaluation value is calculated by utilizing the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method. Because of fully taking into account the dynamics of selection process and the sustainable development of enterprises, this method can provide basis for decision making about long-term cooperation. Finally, it is proved by example and the results demonstrate that the evaluation method is reasonable and feasible.
